Clemens Home Solutions is hiring a Door-to-Door Lead Generator in Muncie, IN!

This is a role for people who love and thrive on a challenge and who aren’t afraid to push past a, “No.” Our door to door lead generation team works as a team and as individuals to create conversations with home owners, generating appointments for the company while canvassing pre-selected neighborhoods within our service area. This is an uncapped pay structure and your success is linked directly to your effort, mindset, and personal drive.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Knocking a minimum of eighty doors a day and creating conversations with homeowners.
• Identifying needs and pushing past objections to book at least two appointments per day.
• Managing and driving personal goals to meet benchmark targets. Daily role-playing and training.
• Receiving and responding to regular coaching

What You Need To Be Successful:

• Prior door knocking experience is helpful, but not required
• A driven, goal-loving, self-driven attitude
• Ability to build connections with others
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence when pitching ideas and solutions
• Problem solving abilities
• Ability to achieve daily door minimum in a variety of weather elements and landscapes
