Our client is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to provide comprehensive support and enhancements within the Workday ecosystem. This role will focus on L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across various HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to system stability, continuous improvement, and fostering strong stakeholder alignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMust have 5 8 years of relevant Workday functional experience. Required strong AMS (support + enhancement) experience. Mandatory expertise in 2 3 modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.). Necessary experience in business process configuration, security, and reporting. Minimum knowledge of incident, problem, and change management practices.
Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)Required years of experience: 5+ years in Workday functional roles. Essential technical capability in Workday HCM modules.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors) is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Workday Pro Certifications Experience in global deployments are advantageous.
