Job Title: Windows Server Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Support Engineer with expertise in Windows Server administration, ServiceNow, Citrix, Azure Cloud, and application support . The ideal candidate will provide 24x7 platform support, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high availability of enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for Windows servers, applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and uninstall enterprise applications.
• Support Citrix , Windows Servers, and workstation environments.
• Monitor application services and system health.
• Manage user access, access groups, and application licensing.
• Perform server upgrades, including Windows Server, Citrix, and .NET environments.
• Support and troubleshoot Azure Cloud platform services.
• Escalate issues to vendors and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and ServiceNow tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6 8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration .
• Strong experience with ServiceNow .
• Experience supporting Windows Servers , Citrix , and workstations.
• Hands-on experience with Application Installation, Configuration, Licensing, and Troubleshooting .
• Experience with Azure Cloud platform support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Service Monitoring .
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of Access Management and Access Group Management .
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting .NET applications.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
