About Role
OnPoint is expanding its tax services practice and is seeking a Tax Preparer/Accountant to play an integral role in that growth. We’re looking for a CPA who is passionate about building strong client relationships, confident working independently, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and thoughtful work. This is a client-facing position for someone who enjoys solving complex tax matters and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
As a trusted tax advisor, you’ll serve a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients, preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing proactive tax planning and advisory services, and helping clients make informed financial decisions throughout the year—not just during tax season. The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax knowledge with sound professional judgment and a client-first mindset.

Working Conditions
This position is based in a professional office environment and requires regular, on-site attendance during standard business hours. Employees should be comfortable operating within a fast-paced setting that may require multitasking and adaptability to shifting priorities. The office promotes a collaborative atmosphere, and effective communication with team members, management, and clients is essential.
