What You’ll Do

• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Sort and prioritize incoming shipments, including urgent orders.
• Store inventory accurately within warehouse locations and automated systems (Modula carousel).
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Support general warehouse operations and additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Flexibility to stay later when needed to support urgent orders or fulfillment
