Manage the day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
Create, modify, and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation .
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Support Salesforce enhancements, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and production deployments.
Manage Change Sets and Sandbox environments .
Perform data management activities using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.
Monitor data quality and support data governance and data integrity standards.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support to users.
Manage and support integrations with third-party applications and connected systems.
Document Salesforce processes, configurations, requirements, and system changes.
Train end users and promote Salesforce best practices and user adoption.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements.
3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience .
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) .

Reports and Dashboards
Data Management and Data Loader
Change Sets and Sandbox Management
