The focus of the Project Manager is to lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management of the project.

What You Will Do:

• Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
• Manage trade partners' subcontracts and purchase orders
• Update and project job costs
• Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
• Process change events & associated change orders
• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management

What You Will Bring to Scorpio:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
• Must have strong presentation skills
