Physician – Primary Care

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Perform comprehensive health histories, physical exams, and in-office procedures for patients of all ages
• Formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and communicate them clearly to patients
• Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, per regulations
• Order, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostics in a timely manner
• Coordinate care with specialists, case management, and allied health professionals; supervise PAs and NPs as needed
• Document encounters in the EMR, participate in quality improvement, and respond promptly to patient inquiries

Who You Are (a.k.a. Our Dream Match):

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school; board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active CA medical license and DEA registration and current BLS certification and any specialty-required credentials
• Experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of HMO care delivery and coordinated care
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

Base Salary Range: $240,000 – $340,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and performance metrics)
