Powder Coaters Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday )

• Monday-Wednesday: 5:30am to 5:00pm Thursday: 5:30am to 12:00pm.
• We are seeking diligent and experienced Powder Coaters.
• This role is crucial for ensuring the high-quality finish of our metal products through precise powder coating.
• Prior powder coating or industrial painting experience and be capable of performing physical tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, or masking as required for powder application.
• Efficiently hang parts on the production line, ensuring proper positioning.
• Apply powder coating using spray guns, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor the curing process in ovens, adjusting parameters as needed for optimal results.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished products, identifying and addressing any defects. 

Powder Coaters Qualifications:

• Experience in powder coating
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials
• Standing for 12 hour shifts
• Work in a very warm environment
• Steel Toe Boots are required
• Pay depends on experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
