Experienced powder-coating professionals needed for precision coating, consistent production, and quality finishes.

Powder Coat Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Prepare metal parts by washing, hanging, and masking prior to powder coating
• Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment
• Cure coated parts in ovens and inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Perform light assembly, boxing, and movement of completed parts as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a production shop environment

Powder Coat Qualifications:

• Direct powder-coating experience required in a manufacturing or metal-finishing environment.
• Proven ability to prep, spray, cure, and inspect powder?coated metal parts
• Experience operating powder coating equipment and curing ovens
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, bend, and handle metal parts throughout the shift
• Reliability, experience, and quality work are essential

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
