Job Summary :

KPG Healthcare is seeking a detail oriented, outgoing, and data driven individual to join our team. As an Office Administrator , you will be responsible for inbound lead flow management as well as data health to help match, schedule interviews & present qualified healthcare professionals with contract opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and at least one year of administration experience
• Must be well versed in excel, reading and cleaning up data, and having phone conversations with people
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong telephonic and written skills and ability to connect with a diverse population.
• Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound lead flow by reviewing, organizing, and responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals.
• Ensure data health and integrity by cleaning, updating, and maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the system.
• Schedule interviews between healthcare professionals and recruiters, coordinating logistics and providing relevant details.
• Persistently follow-up and generate candidate leads utilizing existing candidate leads.
• Communicate effectively through phone and email with healthcare professionals to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics, ensuring daily targets and goals are met within a metrics-driven environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and other duties as assigned.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
