Job Description

Marketing Manager | GG Homes | San Diego, CA

Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on ownership? Do you get energized by building strategy, managing vendors, and knowing that your execution is what drives results?

GG Homes is looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of our media channels, hold vendors accountable, and use data to cut through competing priorities and deliver. This is a role where your initiative directly creates your impact—and your results create your opportunity.

If you want a company that rewards your effort, invests in your growth, and makes winning feel like a celebration, let’s talk.

Who We Are

GG Homes is a fast-growing real estate investment company and one of Southern California’s leading cash buyers. We’ve built our success on delivering real solutions to homeowners while creating an environment where high performers can truly thrive.

Here’s what makes us different: we believe in celebrating wins as much as we believe in working hard to achieve them. Whether it’s team trips to Cabo after record months, Din Tai Fung lunches when we crush our goals, or sunset yacht dinners with the team, we make sure success feels rewarding—not just financially, but personally too.

The Role: Marketing Manager

This is a high-ownership, results-driven role for someone who can operate independently and execute with precision. As our Marketing Manager, you are the engine behind GG Homes’ marketing efforts. You’ll be managing our external vendors, leading strategy across Direct Mail, PPC, TV, Billboard, and Radio, and using data to make smart decisions even when the input around you is loud and conflicting.

You won’t be waiting for someone to hand you a plan—you’ll be building it. The best Marketing Managers treat every channel like a business, stay anchored to the numbers, and take pride in delivering campaigns on time and on budget.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with all external marketing vendors, holding them accountable to performance standards and deadlines
  • Own and drive strategy across Direct Mail, PPC, TV, Billboard, and Radio channels
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and vendors—synthesizing input and making data-backed decisions when priorities conflict
  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels and continuously optimize for efficiency and ROI
  • Own project timelines and ensure every campaign launches on schedule and within budget
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership clearly and confidently
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and bring new ideas to the table

Who You Are

Your DNA

  • Data-focused – you use numbers to make decisions, defend your strategy, and prove your results
  • Organized and deadline-driven – you manage multiple campaigns and vendors without letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Self-starter – you identify what needs to happen and go make it happen without waiting to be told
  • Calm under competing priorities – you can take input from multiple directions, filter the noise, and stay focused on outcomes
  • Strong communicator – you can align stakeholders, manage vendors, and present to leadership with equal confidence
  • Competitive and growth-oriented – you always want to know how to do it better next time

Your Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing with hands-on management of multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record managing external vendors and holding partners accountable to results and deadlines
  • Experience with Direct Mail, PPC, TV, OOH, and/or Radio channels strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical background—you’re comfortable pulling data, reading performance reports, and making optimization decisions
  • Solid project management skills in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and reporting tools a plus

Compensation

We offer the best of both worlds: a strong base salary for stability, plus bonus potential so your performance translates directly into meaningful income.

  • Base Salary of $80,000 with bonuses for first year OTE of $120,000+

Benefits & Culture

We work hard, but we also make sure it’s worth it. Here’s what you get when you join GG Homes:

  • Flexible PTO – we trust you to manage your time and recharge when you need to
  • Full Health Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • Sales Competitions & Incentives – trips to Cabo, luxury dinners, cash prizes, and recognition for your wins
  • Team Experiences – sunset yacht dinners, Padres games, escape rooms, deep sea fishing, sushi omakase, and more
  • Beautiful Office Space – newly renovated with catered lunches, cold brew on tap, and premium snacks
  • Homebuyers Program – we’ll help you buy your own property
  • Ongoing Training & Development – learn from experienced leaders and continuously sharpen your skills
  • Clear Path to Growth – strong performers are recognized and rewarded with expanded responsibility
  • Supportive Team Environment – work with driven people who celebrate each other’s wins and push each other to be better

GG Homes is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on talent, character, and drive.
