Career advancement opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with homebuyers, Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners.
Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
Analyze financial information and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Build and manage a consistent referral pipeline through networking and relationship development.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending guidelines.
Grow a sustainable book of business through outstanding client experiences and referral relationships.
The ideal candidate is:
A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a proven production history.
Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated.
Relationship-focused with excellent communication skills.
Driven to grow both personally and professionally.
Organized and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership and financial goals.
Active NMLS License required
Current annual mortgage production of $7M–$10M
Previous mortgage lending experience required
Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation may include:
Competitive commission structure based on experience and production
Annual earning potential of $100,000-$250,000+
Uncapped commissions
