Journeyman Drywaller

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Drywaller/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drywall finishing, texturing, sanding, and operating drywall finishing equipment.

Journeyman Drywaller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Finish drywall to a high standard, including taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing.
• Operate drywall finishing equipment, including automatic tapers (auto tapers) and related tools.
• Apply a variety of texture finishes to walls and ceilings.
• Work safely and effectively on stilts, scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work surfaces.

Journeyman Drywaller Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of drywall finishing experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with: Auto tapers and finishing tools, drywall sanding and finishing techniques, various texture applications, and use of stilts
• Comfortable working on scaffolding and elevated surfaces.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
