We need a scientist who can lead — not just do the work.

Role Description 

You'll be the person who brings world-class biological and clinical science to our AI platform.

In this role, you will lead cutting-edge AI research across translational and clinical programs, define what good data looks like for frontier drug development models, and work hand-in-hand with our AI scientists to deliver on global pharma partnerships. You won't just support the science — you'll shape the scientific direction of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead cutting-edge AI research on translational and clinical projects — you are the scientific backbone that makes the AI meaningful
• Drive our frontier AI training efforts for drug development — you define what good biological and clinical data looks like so our models learn from the best
• Partner with AI scientists to deliver world-class support on global pharma AI projects — you bridge the science and the technology

You

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharma or biotech — global pharma experience strongly preferred (Senior to Senior Principal Scientist level)
• Deep hands-on experience supporting translational or clinical programs — you've worked on programs that reached patients
• Experience with RWD (real-world data) analysis is a strong plus
