Job Description :  We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
• Develop detailed event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and teardown to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successful event execution.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
