Role 1:- ETL Data Engineers + 1 Lead

Headcount: 3 Data Eng + 1 Lead.

Salary for Data engineer : 120-130 K + Benefits.

Salary range for Lead: 130-140 K.

JD:

Hands on delivery experience of including lead of 10+ years proven experience with large-scale migration implementation with

• Proven experience modernizing and migrating BI data assets, including ETL jobs, source tables, and analytical datasets
• Strong command of SQL for building, refactoring, and optimizing complex transformations
• Skilled in analyzing and documenting end to end data lineage, including mapping legacy warehouse tables to ETL jobs, workflows, and scheduling dependencies to enable safe decommissioning
• Experience designing analytical data models and supporting semantic layers that enable consistent metrics, including Business Objects Universe
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Python and AWS.
• Experience with AWS like Batch, S3, EC2, etc
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and certification practices

Role 2:- Data Analyst

Headcount: 3 + 1

Salary: 120-130 K + Benefits.

JD:

• Demonstrated experience migrating/modernizing reporting assets (dashboards, reports, analytic workflows) [
• Strong SQL + analytical querying: Proficiency in SQL and the ability to interpret, refactor, and validate complex legacy logic
• Cloud data platform familiarity (Snowflake/EAP)
• Data mapping & lineage mindset: Skilled in data element mapping, source-to-target translation, and documenting how legacy fields/structures map to replacement sources
• ETL & data modeling literacy: Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling and (where applicable) semantic models
• Data validation & reconciliation: Proven ability to execute side-by-side comparisons between legacy and new outputs, reconcile variances, and document validation outcomes.
• Strong communication and written skill set to collaboration with stakeholders and technical team members
