Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require three years of data science experience; experience in financial services or commercial banking is preferred.
• We need proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• We look for experience applying statistical methods to business challenges, such as experimentation, inference, forecasting, or classification.
• We expect experience building machine learning models and turning model outputs into practical recommendations.
• We require experience designing repeatable and scalable data solutions.
• We value experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx or Trifacta.
• We look for experience working in distributed data environments such as Hadoop.
• We require experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or D3.
• We look for experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, including Databricks.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: deep knowledge of large language model techniques, including agents, planning, and reasoning.
• Preferred: experience building and deploying machine learning models on AWS using tools such as SageMaker and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
• Preferred: advanced knowledge of reinforcement learning or meta learning.

• We develop experimental frameworks to support data collection and measurement.
• We define analytical approaches using business knowledge, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques.
• We build models and data applications that generate actionable insights.

• We collaborate with business and functional stakeholders on analytics initiatives.
• We translate business needs into well-scoped data solutions and analytical deliverables.
• We present insights and recommend next steps to senior stakeholders.
