Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments in an enterprise setting
- Administer and support hybrid infrastructure platforms, including on-premises and cloud environments
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory-integrated environments
- Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, storage, and identity systems
- Operate and support workloads in Google Cloud and other public cloud environments
- Work with VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vCenter)
- Support and maintain hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms
- Apply ITIL-based operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management
- Prepare clear documentation and collaborate effectively with team members
- Utilize automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) as needed
- Ensure systems are highly available and support business-critical operations
- Leverage Citrix, VMware, or cloud platform certifications (preferred)
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills necessary
- Hybrid work: 4 days onsite in Irving, TX, Boca Raton, FL, Rochester, NY, or Knoxville, TN
- No visa sponsorship; contract-to-hire position
