About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical & Therapeutic Massage Therapist who brings depth, empathy, and specialized clinical expertise to every session. This practitioner will operate out of our beautiful, brand-new dedicated massage room located right across the hall from our main studio space, offering clients a private, serene oasis for healing. In this role, you will focus on advanced therapeutic modalities to help a diverse clientele range from elite athletes to post-rehab patients. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialized bodywork treatments including Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and clinical therapeutic massage. * Customize sessions to address specific client needs, including pre/postnatal care and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. * Perform detailed intake assessments and develop targeted, results-driven treatment plans. * Support clients managing chronic pain, injury recovery, structural alignment issues, and performance goals. * Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical session notes. * Contribute to our studio culture—ensuring an environment that is warm, supportive, and client-centered. Qualifications & Requirements * Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in the state of California. * Advanced training/certifications in Myofascial Release (MFR) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). * Proven experience working with clinical populations, including pre/postnatal clients and pre/post-surgery rehab. * Deep knowledge of functional anatomy, structural kinesiology, and the fascial system. * Empathetic and intuitive approach to client care, always putting the client's safety and goals first. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. * Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it).
