About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Operations Specialist who brings great energy, strong organization, and a genuine care for people .

You’ll be the friendly voice, the calm guide, and the detail-focused professional who ensures every client feels confident and supported from the moment they say “yes.”

This role is a blend of people + process — creating a smooth experience while making clients feel completely taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through onboarding, paperwork, and asset transfers
• Follow up with prospects and gather needed documentation
• Keep everything moving forward with clear, upbeat communication
• Prepare and submit paperwork (transfers, Roth conversions, RMDs) accurately
• Resolve issues quickly and keep clients informed
• Support meetings and follow-up communication
• Help create a welcoming, high-quality experience at seminars
• Jump in and support the team wherever needed
