Jack's All Day is a soon-to-open American Grill & Bar built around great food, genuine hospitality, and creating a lively neighborhood gathering place. We're assembling a team of talented bartenders who are excited to help shape the culture, standards, and guest experience of a brand-new restaurant from day one.

We are looking for bartenders who take pride in their craft. This is not a dive-bar environment. We are seeking hospitality-driven professionals with strong classic cocktail knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful drinks and memorable guest experiences.

Our ideal bartender is friendly, engaging, clean, organized, and understands that every cocktail served represents the restaurant. They move with urgency, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy taking care of both guests and teammates.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Experience bartending in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality-driven environment
• A polished, professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Pride in cocktail presentation, consistency, and cleanliness
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to build guest relationships
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy service periods
• Team-first mentality and willingness to support the entire restaurant
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Reliability, professionalism, and accountability
• Availability to work closing shifts, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
• Deliver genuine hospitality and build connections with guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar at all times
• Execute classic cocktails correctly while maintaining speed during high-volume service
• Work collaboratively with servers, runners, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff
• Monitor product quality and maintain high standards behind the bar
• Complete all opening, service, and closing responsibilities thoroughly
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Help create an environment that turns first-time guests into regulars
