Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The offered salary for this role is $25 - $36 USD per hour .

Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling virtual meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
* Handle professional correspondence, including monitoring and responding to emails and internal communications in a timely manner.
* Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
* Organise and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is secure and easily accessible.
* Perform data entry tasks and assist with maintaining company databases.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and departments as needed.
* Assist in the coordination of virtual team projects and company initiatives.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* Previous experience in a remote-working role is advantageous but not essential.
* An interest in the renewable energy sector would be a plus.
